REALM respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at REALM’s Web site.
Part I. Information Collection
REALM collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: Email Address.
We may also collect Email Addresses which our users divulge about other people, such as referrals or gift purchases. REALM does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: website usage reports, hits and traffic stats. We also collect demographic data in order to send purchases to the correct recipients.
We verify the accuracy of this information by cross referencing it with the users PayPal account or Credit Card billing information.
We collect this information through the newsletter signup form, check out order form, and any contact emails sent to info@realmhome.com. The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services, an Email Address is mandatory because it is our primary form of communication. Other information we request is optional.
We do not employ cookies.
Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by REALM will be used for completing online orders and sending out email newsletters. Users who provide information will receive email announcements.
The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.
We may share data with the following third parties: shipping companies, credit card companies, and PayPal. These third parties will use the information as follows: In order to complete any online transaction as well as ship the purchased items to the user.
We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.
If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by email newsletter.
Part III. Access to Information
The accuracry of the information maintained by REALM is dependant on the information included when an order is processed. Users may update this information by sending an email to info@realmhome.com prior to the shipment of the merchandise. Users personal information will be kept with all records of purchases until deleted. REALM does not keep a separate database of users personal information.

You understand that, except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by REALM, REALM does not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in any way. Except for REALM identified information, products or services, all information, products and services offered through the Site or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties that are not affiliated with REALM. You also understand that REALM cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. REALM reserves the right to release current or past member or Web site user information if REALM believes that a member’s account is being used to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed and/or if REALM deems it necessary and/or appropriate.
6. Third Party Rights.
The provisions of paragraphs 3 (Use of the Site), and 5 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of REALM and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Site. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
7. Term; Termination.
Either party without notice may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 3 (Use of the Site), 5 (Indemnification), 6 (Third Party Rights) and 11 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
8. Special Admonitions for International Use.
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules including, without limitation, rules about the Internet, data, e-mail, or privacy. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
9. Dealings with Third Parties.
Your participation, correspondence or business dealings with any third party found on or through the Site, regarding the payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. You agree that REALM shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or other matters of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings.

The Site may provide, or third parties may provide, links to non-REALM Internet World Wide Web sites or resources. Because REALM has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that REALM is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that REALM shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
11. Miscellaneous.
